Stable & Able is a 3-week small group program designed to build and train the fundamental skills of daily health, with an emphasis on the pain-free movement, for people who want:
to live without chronic pain
to stop avoiding certain activities for fear of pain
to feel stronger and more capable in their daily lives
to understand and treat their bodies better
Each week, using both traditional and modern methods in one fundamental skill area, we will learn and practice how to:
assess where we are now, and
to address our personal challenges
The program includes:
Weekly 1.5-hours in-person group skill building session
Weekly follow-up group emails with tips and reminders
Email support for the duration of the program
No special equipment is needed to participate. Please be sure to review policies before registering.
